Clear Top Coats
RDC provides a broad range of high to low gloss UV and EB clear top coats. These finishes are custom formulated for veneered substrates, hardwoods, plywoods, and overprint applications. Depending on product specifications, RDC’s clear top coats can be engineered to provide a high degree of hardness, unique textures, and/or resistance to slips, mars, or chemicals.
Wood Stains
RDC offers a complete line of 100% solids UV industrial wood stains. Environmentally friendly with zero volatile organic compound (Zero-VOC) emissions, your custom stain solution will maintain consistent color during production runs. Further, applying UV curing technology eliminates the long drying times associated with conventional stain systems. This allows products to be stacked and packaged immediately.
Wood Fillers
Custom engineered wood fillers are available for use on medium density fiberboard (MDF), particle board, and hardwood veneered materials.
Wood Sealers
Applied by spray, roller, or vacuum, RDC offers a collection of affordable UV and EB wood sealers. Manufacturers use RDC’s wood sealers on solid woods, veneered MDF, veneered particle boards, and plywoods.
Opaque Finishes
For applications that require a degree of coverage, RDC can formulate UV and EB curable opaque finishes. These are frequently used in engineered wood applications.
