Safety Measures Protect Personnel
The safety of your people — and of ours — is paramount. To safeguard the personnel who create your formulation in our facility and handle it in yours, RDC provides extensive training.
RDC team members undergo extensive training on material handling and chemical safety. This includes an initial 8-week training program for new hires, followed by annual training for all team members.
Every customer can receive safety training on-site, at your facility conducted by RDC’s team. Available to every team member on every shift, RDC provides comprehensive training for proper handling of its energy-cured coatings. Each customer and each formulation are different and therefore may require different safe handling protocols. Please consult with your RDC representative for handling requirements specific to your formulation(s).
